Spices like black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, coriander, etc. were invented by Indians thousands of years ago. Later, with the help of these spices, different foods were made in India according to different geographical regions. These foods were extremely tasty. So even a few thousand years ago, foreign travelers were fascinated by our Indian cuisine.
Anantkoti Enterprises was started from home in 2014. Initially the situation was very different as there was no material so I had to knead the flour by hand, cut, fry in a small basket as there was no pan for frying, I was using the stove as there was no grate.
We started our business with few resources, meager manpower, a shaky financial situation, and a lot of dreams in mind. From the name of the industry to the present day, we were faced with different challenges step by step and we were making our way through it, feeling, learning...
Examining the market, we prepared a tasty, and equally nutritious Paratha Chivda for people of all ages. But after it was made, we performed all over Maharashtra to test how much people liked it and we kept getting return customers. It started with word of mouth marketing and we got an overwhelming response from the customers.
In June 2017, one of our customers took our Paratha Chivda for their US-based children and grandchildren, and we still remember their demand.Different customers were getting us due to the exhibition.
As the chief guest for the inauguration, we insisted that the Chairman of Jalgaon-based Ojas Ayurveda, Dr. Mahesh G. Birla Should be at the hands of. The outline of the program was ready. We get in touch with the doctors 3-4 months in advance so that all our preparations are done so that the doctors can be given a "fixed date".
The doctor gave us time. On 24th February, Dr. Birla was to address the dignitaries in the medical field at Virar and come to us. Finally, on 24th February 2019 that day dawned...... say our dreams or our physical and mental hardships were taking shape... The opening ceremony started on the evening of 24th February and all the people who love and believe in us Respectfully attend the request......
